1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. 2. No party or events allowed. 3. No smoking, vaping, or drugs permitted inside the house. Smoking indoors will result in additional charges ($500 and up). 4. If an extra guest needs to visit, please let us know. 5. Failure to declare pets will result in a penalty of $100. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. 6. Please ensure you check your belongings before checking out, as hosts are not responsible for keeping guests' items. 7. Ensure your pets are well-behaved and under control at all times. 8. Please keep your pets clean and off furniture, unless you have designated pads for them. 9. Promptly Clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. 10. For their safety, never leave them unattended. Failure to follow House Rules will result to negative review.

Cory and Ginette were great hosts...flexible with my individual needs and extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had. The space was simple and uncluttered and fit my needs perfectly.

This my third stay here. The back house where you stay is beautiful. It is pet friendly and has a trail next to the location and a big field on the back.

Great place to stay and felt right at home. Convenient & very peaceful location. Well equipped kitchen, laundry included! I stayed while getting settled into a new job. Cory & fineries place was the perfect spot. Didn’t mind that I had my cats with me either. Highly recommended for short or long term stay!

Our stay at Cory and Ginette’s place was fantastic. It’s a private little space that put us 50min from Hamilton and 100min from Toronto. Great location to avoid the busyness of a city but still close enough to enjoy them. The house was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Canada.

This is the perfect place for 2 people, a nice stand alone fully equipped studio apartment with parking for one car. Location couldn’t be more convenient, grocery store, coffee shops and drug store within walking distance, very close to my family and to Niagara Falls, wineries and restaurants.. Plus 4 nights at this location was equal to one night in a hotel with no meals. Can’t beat that. In a nice safe and quiet section of Welland. Would definitely use again. Nothing
